COMMUNITY IS THE THREAD THAT RUNS THROUGH EVERYTHING I DO
I'm Chloe—a facilitator, strategist, and transition coach based in New York.
I work with people and organizations in the messy middle: the uncertain spaces between what was and what's next.
For over a decade, I've helped founders, nonprofit leaders, and changemakers stay grounded and connected while building something meaningful. Whether you're grieving what you've left behind, launching something new, or leading through uncertainty, I help you find clarity without losing yourself in the process.
“I’ve always been curious about the conditions where resilience is built — when groups become communities, programs become experiences to remember, and individuals become leaders.”
After graduating from Boston University with a B.A. in International Relations, I spent a year as a JDC Fellow in Izmir, Turkey, working with the local Jewish community. Living and leading abroad taught me what it means to step outside your comfort zone in order to find your way back in, grounding my belief that meaningful work happens when people feel authentically connected and cared for.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Hunter College, where I deepened my skills in group facilitation, empathic listening, and clinical practice. From there, I spent four energizing years at the 14th Street Y in Manhattan as Director of Youth Programs before becoming Director of Community Engagement at Honeymoon Israel, a start-up dedicated to connecting multi-faith couples to Jewish life and to each other.
I’ve always been drawn to work that builds
belonging; whether it’s scaling regional engagement programs or designing spaces where people can show up as their full selves.
A few years ago, after losing my mom, I went through my own period of transition and ended up getting certified as a grief educator. That deepened my understanding of community and care and how people show up for each other in moments of loss and change.
Since then, I’ve worked with organizations that want to navigate that same space, helping teams create more human-centric, connected cultures. Some of that has been around grief, but it’s really about designing experiences where people can feel seen, supported, and part of something bigger.
No matter the setting, the through-line has always been the same: guiding people and groups to find meaning, connection, and growth.

HOW WE COLLABORATE
I believe culture is built in the small, intentional moments. From pausing to realign around shared values to your community showing up for each other in uncertainty.
No two organizations are the same, so every engagement will look different. However, these are the things that I will always bring to our partnership.
-
I help leaders feel grounded and confident in creating spaces where your community can feel seen and valued. I bring deep listening and empathy to every client collaboration to help deliver a program not only tailored to your group’s needs, but that is conscious of what they can handle and which type of support will resonate best.
-
I will help you identify the moments in your programming lifecycle where we can deepen relationships. As a thought partner in developing the group’s culture, I’ll work alongside you to create memorable experiences that leave your community feeling united and aligned.
-
With my 10+ years of experience in program development, I’m always thinking about experience design, how it will land, and what people will walk away with. I provide facilitation with an eye toward inclusivity and engagement, different learning styles, and humor, with the true goal being to create something valuable your community will carry with them for years to come.
Curious how we can work together?
If you or your team are navigating change, need fresh energy, or are ready to build a stronger sense of belonging, I’m ready to help.
